This Refund & Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, exchanges, and deliveries are managed for products or services purchased from Tantrik Vivek Sharma. Please read carefully before making any purchase.
Refund Policy
- Our refund policy is applicable for 5 days only from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 5 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
- Refunds are only applicable to products that are not damaged and are in the same condition as when received by the user.
- Certain goods are exempted from refunds or exchanges, including perishable items, magazines, customized items like rings or jewelry (due to size personalization), and services already rendered.
- Products exchanged by the user for fake or counterfeit items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- A valid purchase receipt is required to process any refund request.
Partial Refunds
In specific cases, only partial refunds may be issued, such as:
- Books or similar items with visible signs of use.
- Products that are intact but have missing or damaged parts.
- Items returned after the 5-day eligibility period.
Refund Process
- Once a refund request is received, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund (approval or rejection).
- If approved, the refund amount will be processed and credited directly to the original mode of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you do not receive your refund within the expected time:
- First, check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as posting delays can occur.
- Contact your bank for further assistance.
- If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with Tantrik Vivek Sharma’s support team.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sales or promotions are not covered under the refund policy.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items.
- To initiate an exchange request, please email us with details and proof of purchase.
Shipping Policy
- Standard delivery timelines are 7–10 business days within India.
- Customers must return products at their own expense to our provided address. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For items valued above ₹10,000, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Shipping Within India
- We provide free shipping across India.
- Orders are delivered through reputable courier partners like DTDC, Blue Dart, and others.
- Customers will not be charged separately for shipping, as it is included in the purchase cost.
International Shipping
- International orders may take 30–35 business days for delivery.
- In the event of delays or unforeseen issues in shipping internationally, a refund will be made within 40–45 days.
